All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds 
or exchanges once files are accessed or downloaded.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our 
party products, all sales are final. However if 
your item arrives damaged or defective, please 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 
photos and we will make it right!

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges because:
- Items are made to order
- Party supplies are time-sensitive
- Custom/personalized items cannot be resold
