Thank you for shopping with Party Manifest! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products sold at Party Manifest are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files instantly.
Please note:
- No physical item will be shipped for digital orders
- Files are available immediately after payment is confirmed
- Download links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us
- For technical issues accessing your digital files, please contact us at partymanifest@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly!
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For our physical party products including ready-made party favors, cake toppers, and physical party kits, please note the following:
Processing Time:
- All physical orders are handmade and processed within 3-5 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- During peak party seasons (summer, Halloween, Christmas) processing may take up to 7 business days
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 5-7 business days
- Priority Shipping (USPS): 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)
Shipping Rates:
- Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Important Notes:
- All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- Party Manifest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control
- Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit
- If your package is lost or damaged please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
ORDER TRACKING
Once your physical order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Party Manifest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us at partymanifest@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at partymanifest@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
